
She was born in Bulgaria in 1987. She completed her primary and high school education in Istanbul. She graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations in 2014.
In 2013, she worked as a volunteer intern at the Turkish Economic Policy Research Foundation; during this process, she contributed to the Gender Equality Report Card report for 81 provinces. Again in 2013, she took part in the Turkey Population and Health Survey conducted by the Hacettepe University Institute of Population Studies as a field team leader.
In 2014, she prepared a Rural Aging Report as a volunteer for the Development Workshop Cooperative. In the same year, she worked as a field worker in the “Rural Aging Analysis” study conducted by the North Anatolian Development Agency in the provinces of Kastamonu, Çankırı, and Sinop.
Between 2015 and 2019, she worked as the Field Coordinator of the Ravanda Basin Rural Development Project at the Hüsnü M. Özyeğin Foundation. In 2021, she worked as a volunteer trainer at the Foundation for the Evaluation of Women's Labor (KEDEV).
She is currently pursuing a master's degree in Sustainable Food and Agricultural Systems at Başkent University.
Areas of expertise and interest: gender equality, social policy, rural development and rural aging, trade unions, and advocacy work at the local level.
